Our primary mission is to develop young people holistically through various programmes. Through all its activities, CRICKET ACADEMY OF SPECIALISATION will be guided by the following three objectives:
- To encourage youngsters to participate in sports for their enjoyment and development of physical, mental and social skills.
- To offer professional coaching to young sportsmen to reach their maximum potential and to teach life skills using sports whilst empowering them and developing them to become future leaders.
- To make available quality sporting equipment at affordable prices.
Our Vision:
Is to create a cricket environment on a daily basis, without boundaries, and provide the opportunity for all people, regardless of age, race, religion,culture, disabilities, or background, therefore reaching our transformation targets, to play quality cricket in a friendly and positive environment in the true spirit of the game. To be the leader of cricket development, promotion, and endorsement in all forms and formats, as well as the most successful cricket club in kolkata. To provide an environment for participation, learning, and success that is the values strong leadership and to foster youth, sportsmanship, excellence, and professionalism on the field and in the community. CRICKET ACADEMY OF SPECIALISATION will lead through example through our capable Board, coaches, and captains to ensure that we live our values with loyalty, pride, and fun. Lastly, to continuously improve the coaching facilities to establish a suitable and safe coaching environment.
Club Code of Ethics
Coaches, officials and parents, by example of behaviour, hold an enormous influence over the youth of the community. The good conduct of all adult participants and teams is considered mandatory for the privilege of participation. The club seeks to implant in the youth of the community, ideas of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty and courage, so that they may be finer, stronger and happier youths who will grow to be good healthy adults. This objective will be pursued by providing fully supervised cricket matches upon the basis that the attainment of exceptional skill or the winning of matches is secondary in the moulding of future citizens.
Players Code
- Respect the rights, dignity and worth of fellow players, coaches, officials and spectators.
- Refrain from conduct which could be regarded as harassment towards fellow players and coaches.
- Do not tolerate acts of aggression.
- Respect the talent, potential and development of fellow players and competitors.
- Care for and respect the equipment provided to you as part of your program.
- Be frank and honest with your coach concerning illness and injury and your ability to train fully within the program requirements.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner relating to language, temper and punctuality.
- Maintain high personal behaviour standards at all times.
- Abide by the rules and respect the decision of the official, making all appeals through the formal process and respecting the final decision.
- Be honest in your attitude and preparation to training. Work equally hard for yourself and your team.
- Cooperate with coaches and staff in development of programs to adequately prepare you for competition at the highest level.
About The Founder
TUHIN BOSE
TUHIN BOSE is a founder of "CRICKET ACADEMY OF SPECIALISATION". He has been playing club cricket since 2011 till current years. He has represented Premier Division Club like Kalighat Club, Barisha Sporting Club 1st division like Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club, Young Bengal Cricket Club. At present he is playing as regular player under Barisha Sporting Club.
He was a trainee of VISION 20-20 project under the aegis of The Cricket Association Of Bengal. He being an experienced net bowler, has bowled with International Cricket Teams and IPL (INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE) nets. He has represented UNIVERSITY OF CALCUTTA in the inter-University Tournaments, College Cricket Team (Asutosh College), inter college tournament under the aegis of University Of Calcutta, Red Bull Campus cricket.
He also played U-17 and 95 & 110 points tournaments.
Additionally he is a Graduate (History, Hons.) and completed Master Degree in Modern History under University Of Calcutta.
He is certified with "LEVEL-O" coaching certificate under the aegis Cricket Association Bengal and N.C.A (National Cricket Academy). Certified in “COACH CORNER CONFERENCE” certificate under sportz village academics (National Skill Development Corporation{NSDC} Govt. of INDIA). Currently he is the coach of Eastern Command (Indian Army) and coach of Wari Athletic Club.
